Hours: Monday – Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm
If you would like a more expeditious removal of items, we encourage you to drop off at either of our thrift store locations.

We do not accept donations at our Holden location.
Pick Up
If you are requiring items to be picked up, please follow the link below and we will work to have your items picked up no less than five business days from receipt of your request. Thanks to our insurance coverage, CRCI staff/volunteers are able to enter homes to collect larger items as needed.
Please understand that we may decline items if they are not in sellable condition when we arrive.

You can help us reduce our expenses by allowing us to decline some items that we cannot sell in our stores.

For various reasons, we CANNOT accept the following items:
- Sleeper sofas
- Furniture made from particle board
- Large/bulky desks
- Anything that is wet or water damaged from rain, floods, etc.
- Combustible fuel in any tanks or containers
- Mattresses and box springs
- Older console television sets and stereos
- Child car seats
- Baby cribs with a sliding side rail
- Built-in appliances
- Gas appliances
- Pianos or organs
- Slate-top pool tables
- Safety helmets (including baseball, football, and cycling helmets)
- Entertainment centers
- Damaged items, or items not in sellable condition
- Light fixtures/ceiling fans
- Unframed mirrors
