How long will it take to deliver?
Currently it’s as soon as possible, we strive for a 48hr turn around but it could take up to 5 business days.
Do you need a boxspring?
While not required if you have a platform, a box spring is strongly recommended in order to balance the weight of the mattress to make your sleep experience as comfortable as possible.
Do your mattresses come with a warranty?
Yes, but only if you purchase a mattress and a box spring together.
Are mattresses eligible for refunds?
If the mattress was damaged by a CRCI staff member then we accept refunds/exchanges. If the delivery is delayed due to a reason that is our fault, then the customer is eligible for a full refund.
